Mikhail, 41Claim #1284The player placed several bets on one match from different devices (phone + laptop). The casino accused him of “group betting”, blocked the account and voided the win - €4,200.
IPU.BET support: our lawyers asked the casino for evidence of the breach. The terms contained no clear definition of “group betting” and no ban on using several devices. IPU prepared a legal claim demanding payment. After two weeks of negotiation the casino unblocked the account and paid out €3,800 (a compromise figure).
✓ The win was recovered. The player got the moneyEmma, 29Claim #1391After a large win (€8,500) the casino requested verification and demanded a “document review fee” - $500. Without payment the payout stayed blocked.
IPU.BET support: our lawyers went through the casino's terms - nowhere did they state that verification is paid. IPU.BET's intervention stopped the attempted fraud. The casino verified the account free of charge and paid the win in full within 5 days.
✓ The player saved $500 and received the full €8,500Den, 34Claim #1502The player won €12,000 on a slot. An hour later the casino voided the win, citing a “technical malfunction in the game”, and returned only the deposit amount.
IPU.BET support: our lawyers requested the game's technical log and a malfunction report. The casino produced no evidence. IPU.BET filed a formal claim demanding payment. After the intervention the casino paid out €9,500 (a compromise accounting for the “margin of error”).
✓ The player got 80% of the win instead of nothingTony, 37Claim #1647The player activated a bonus, placed bets, met the wagering requirements and requested a withdrawal. The casino refused, citing a “new rule” that had appeared in the terms only after the bonus was activated. The win - €3,200.
IPU.BET support: our lawyers established the date of the change using a web page archive. The terms had been amended two days after the bonus was activated. IPU.BET filed a claim: changing the rules retroactively is unlawful. The casino paid the €3,200 in full.

What is IPU.BET and why players join
IPU.BET (International Players Union) brings together casino and sports betting players. We are not a casino or a bookmaker: we do not take bets or deposits. We are on the player's side: we compare operators, return part of your losses as cashback and help when an operator holds back a payout.
The casino and bookmaker ratings on IPU.BET are built on licence checks, payout speed, bonus terms and reviews from real players. Each operator page shows what to check before you make a deposit, and the method behind the scores is public.
After you register and activate your account, you play at the operators you choose through IPU.BET links. Your activity earns Sweep Coins (SC), the internal currency you spend on the Wheel, Lucky Goal, loot boxes and the marketplace. Cashback is up to 30%.
If a casino refuses a withdrawal, blocks your account or drags out verification, file a claim in your account. Our team helps you collect evidence and contacts the operator on behalf of IPU.BET. Gambling is entertainment, not income: set limits, and if you feel you are losing control, visit our help page.
