How to check an online casino before registering in Uzbekistan

• the name of the body that issued the licence.

The brand name and the company name can differ. You need to compare the legal entity shown on the site with the licensee in the register.

Red flags before registration:

• contacts exist only in Telegram or another personal messenger;
• the email sits on a free domain and is not explained in the rules;
• different sections name different companies;
• the licence number cannot be found in the register;
• the domain in the register differs from the domain that opens;
• the link to the regulator does not lead to a state website;
• the full rules are available only after a deposit.

Step 4. Check whether you are allowed to take part

Decree No. UP-68 sets a threshold of 18 years for taking part in licensed games. Additional acts set out categories of people who are barred from participating. The list can be updated, so do not copy an old version from a blog or an advert: check the current wording through NAPP and Lex.uz.

Access to a registration form does not prove that a user is eligible. Do not get around GEO, age verification or restrictions with a VPN or someone else's details.
