About the game
A 6x5 oriental slot that pays by scatter rather than by line, so a win is counted wherever the symbols land. The larger grid gives the round more room than the studio's usual 5x3, and the snake is what the bonus is built around.

Fortune Snake is dedicated to the Year of the Snake and Chinese symbols of luck, but in its design it is not a traditional Endorphina slot at all. Instead of lines, the 6x5 grid uses scatter pays, winning symbols disappear in cascades, and multipliers and firecrackers appear in the free games. The stated RTP is 96.04%, volatility is high.
Scatter pays
You do not need to line up a combination: wins come from identical symbols landing anywhere on the grid in the required number. For example, money bags pay 50x the base bet if there are 12 or more of them on screen. After a win the symbols are removed, new ones drop from above, and one spin can continue with several cascades in a row.
Free games
Four or more bonus symbols trigger 10 free games, and six such symbols pay 100x the base bet on their own. If three or more bonus symbols land during the bonus, another 5 games are added to the round. The whole bonus part is built around the snake, and it is the reason people play this game.
Multipliers and firecrackers
In the free games, multipliers in four colours appear on the grid: green up to x8, blue up to x18, purple up to x35 and red up to x100. Firecrackers help them: they explode and clear symbols in their row and on their reel without touching multipliers and bonus symbols. The freed space is filled by a new cascade, so an explosion often sets off the next payout.
Who it suits
The high volatility is noticeable here: the base game can run for a long time without big amounts, and most of the potential is concentrated in the free games with coloured multipliers. The slot will suit players who calmly sit through runs of empty spins and enjoy modern mechanics. It is worth seeing how the cascades work in demo mode first, and setting your session budget in advance. After a win, the classic gamble round is also available.
